Did I miss something? We still have immigration, shit tons of it. Legal. More than a million a year.

Oh please, the population is still growing at a rate that will far out pace any perceived shortage of workers.

The SS issue is an entirely different issue altogether but to suggest that there will be a shortage of workers is beyond deluded.

Its not deluded. Its a narrative. In other words, a lie.

FFS, There is our schools and Illegals all in one shot today.
There are known MS-13 members roaming the halls of Long Island high schools, some of whom have been picked up by DHS, but then released back out on the streets by federal judges Would you want to send your kid there?

Zuniga and Molina entered the country illegally as unaccompanied minors. Molina was picked up by DHS in July 2017 but released by a federal district judge in November 2017.

Single mother of three and IRS worker faces hardship over shut down.
OK so it has nothing to do with your previous life choices and everything to do with the shut down even though you haven’t missed a paycheck.
    What about unemployment.
What about child support from the sperm doner(s).
What about the myriad of government social programs that are in place explicitly for single Moms.

Soooo you don’t think billions wasted each year on illegals would constitute a crisis? I mean just because other past leaders have just kept the status doesn’t mean it’s not a crisis.

On top of that, this is EXACTLY what he was voted to do. He campaigned on a wall and either way, it needs to be done whether we pay for it or Mexico.

Think of it this way..... you’ve got an ongoing issue with your car. You have a water pump leak. You are completely ok with filling it up and spending $200 per year on coolant while it may be cheaper than the $400 water pump replacement up front to just keep adding coolant, in a few years you’ve spent more on coolant than if you just bit the bullet and fixed the water pump.

Hope that’s a good enough explanation for ya.

That is actually bad explanation. Wall is like adding coolant. You want to replace pump would be, fix laws and make new if needed and enforce them. Make it impossible for illegals to work.
Than wall won't be so important.

The only explanation necessary is sovereignty.

I find the people crying about Trump using a law to do what they don't want given most were cheering DACA which had no legal basis.

Ok. Lets make this simple. Everyone, regardless of party affiliation or who you voted for president needs to pick a side. Your choices are as follows:
You can choose to fund the wall. The total cost to build the wall will be divided equally by the number of people selecting this option. This is a one time charge up front with annual billing for ongoing maintenance of the wall.
The second option. You can sign up to pay for welfare programs, schooling, all medical costs and any other associated costs of illegals being in the country.
You only get to choose once and you're locked in for life. By the way, Trump's overseeing the wall being built. Typical D.C. bureaucracy is administering the illegal costs...for the rest of your life mind you.
    Choose wisely.
