    I would buy one if I could convert it but it’s a bitch to convert the modern tommy guns.

    edit. I am converting a M1 carbine to a M2 right now though ;)

    Can’t convert the modern ones. I’d own one if I could. I can convert an older one pretty easily.

    Open a gun shop under a type 07 manufacturing FFL. Then add a SOT2 license on the type 7 (special operations tax type 2). Then file a form 2 I believe (my gun shop guys do this part) and then you can convert. And yes. Opening a gun store is dead minimum step 1. Now we can find you a legally converted one with a stamp. They run about 15-20k.

    It pisses me off when you go into detail about the nanny state. But I guess that this just makes for better MacGyvers. OK, not mad anymore.

    A few parts swap, and milling out some of the fwd portion of the buttstock. All NFA rules apply!
