Endress+Hauser FMC 661

All knowing beeb... like the title says. Endress+Hauser FMC 661 giving me an e106 code out of the box. The alarm led is lit.

The level sensor calibrates and the unit display is showing correct level but the output to the rack stays fixed at 22.6mA. Unit IS set to 4-20 output. Wiring to the card is ok and verified using a signal generator.

The name/number of an Endress+Hauser rep would be ok too.

 

I figure as smart as everybody is around here, anybody that had valuable input would know what I was asking without many more details...

Didn't somebody come to the beeb with a jet engine question one time and they had it sorted in less than 24hrs?

I've dealt with their HQ in Indy several times and had good luck. It sounds like it may be faulty out of the box but one of their techs could probably diagnose it over the phone...
