I thought these were going to be another let-down as far as having some enjoyable heat to them. Turns out they're pretty decent and good enough to satisfy the heat-seekers and chase away the wanna-be's. I get started on them and just can't stop. If you like hot stuff you definitely should give 'em a try.
Had the Cheetos Flaming Hot and a king size Mounds Bar for dinner the other night. Good stuff. I'll have to try out the Doritos.
Eh, it was Friday after flying out in the early morning from Cincy to Vegas. Had breakfast at the airport, then a pretty decent late lunch out here and was hungry but not starving at the normal West Coast dinner time so I grabbed munchies. Would have gone with something healthier but not a lot of choice at the casino gift shop
Funniest part is I rarely eat either one. I do go through a lot of Goldfish but that's because we have a pusher show at the track and I can't say no
Cook up a pound of hamburger and mix in taco seasoning. Mix taco meat in with a bag of shredded lettuce, a bag of shredded taco cheese, crushed up taco Doritos, and just before you eat, toss in some zesty Italian dressing. Best taco salad you’ll have.
Doesn’t need much, but it adds a missing “zing”. Some have used a French dressing. Might not be bad plain, but it also helps “bind” everything.
I’d be down with the tomato, but hate olives. Neutral on the noodles. Just don’t see a need for filler. Less room for the good stuff.
For real? I tried some the other day and thought they were gross... They have a little bit of heat to them, but no flavor... blech
No flavor?? I think they have great flavor. It's a Dorito to start with so how can there be less flavor? Anyway, I like 'em!
