But what about the guiltless people? I see no Jews represented in that chart. What's their line?

 

I don't know about the US but they've been losing serious ground to other denominations all over the world.

 

Constant revelations of sexual abuse by the clergy and the seemingly inevitable cover ups likely reduce the zeal of potential converts.

Also, I don't challenge the fact that all faiths incorporated it somehow, what I do challenge is who was first to teach it?

The earliest I can find in an exhaustive 5 second google fu search is the Code of Hammurabi: 1754 BC... though the ancient Egyptian story of the Eloquent Peasant might possibly predate that.
