Discacciati brake/clutch master cylinder

New but out of the package Discacciati motorcycle clutch master cylinder. It is for 1" bars. I was told it is a 19X18 but have no way to verify that. The master is reversible and can be used as a brake master cylinder.
This would work great on a stunt bike with MX bars on it or anything utilizing 1" handle bars. Im guessing a sleeve/spacer could be made for this to be used on 7/8 clip-ons but that is up to you.
