Do people still write on them? Journals? I asked my better half and was curious if the truth is contained in them… just curious. seems like a diary would be a place to keep your secrets in safety and would really suck if those secrets got out. kinda makes you think…
Deep dark secrets that would be devastating to whom ever its owner and characters in the diary if ever lost. Never understood why people would bury dirt in those things.
I do a journal when I go on vacation. At the end of the day I'll write about the days events. Maybe a paragraph or two, just a quick highlight. I enjoy reading them a few years later when we talk about all the fun vacations we've been on. I can bring up a moment that the group will go "ah yes, forgot about that".
Imagine if your child leaked that you were taking inappropriate showers with them…. wow! can y’all imagine??
Logbook is the male version. Time, place, setup and pressures, fuel used and placing. Same for hunting, diving and general man shit. No silly incriminating evidence.
