    Founder/CEO of last co. I worked for retired and turned the company over to the pommie bastard sales VP for Europe. His motto was 'Let the wogs do it.'. Indian immigrants here did fine since application/business knowledge was transferable, but that did not convey with specs sent to India.

    Last time I checked the company (which at the time owned its own 3 story HQ building) was operating out of a strip mall. And the CEO was Indian.

    True story, bro'.

    Are you measuring your development spend by $ per labor hour or $ per quality unit of output?

    Regardless, getting the most from offshore team members involves having a strong offshore team lead and structuring the work so team members can each do what they do best.
