I work with a really small team (under 5), but we are spead out all over the country as well as spending lots of time on the road. We are looking for a CRM style program to keep up with each other, our ongoing sales projects, leads and such. It needs to have a mobile app as well. Also, we are not exactly high on the IT skills scale. Just a bunch of folks selling packaged fuel. Any suggestions?
I think that we need a little more of a sales management and customer tracking system then that. I have never really dug into OneNote, but it looks more like an idea and file sharing program. We are looking for something to help track accounts and projects progress. And it really needs a simple mobile app for updating on the road.
