Crf 100 carb settings

I would guess it's some sort of tree hugging emissions baloney, but you wouldn't think the 100 would put out enough to warrant any attention.

FWIW a 24mm carb really wakes up the throttle response anyway.

 

A lot of bikes come with a pressed in cap over the mixture screw. Lots of 600cc bikes did and the jet kits came with a drill and screw to pull it out. If it has a steel pressed in cap there is more than likely a screw under it.

On the parts diagram the mixture screw is #6 I bet its still there under the epoxy or a cap.

 

Yeah I'd expect to see it on a street bike. I've done my fair share of drilling the plugs out.
