do I have to have a brand new bike to be eligable for contingency? I was told that your bike had to be no older then 2 years old to be able to qualify for the contingency program. but I didn't see anything about it in the rule book. Any help would be appreciated.

Is that just for contingency from the factory or does that include tires, oil, ect ?

just the manufacturer contingencies from Honda, Kawi, Yamaha, etc. But for all other contingencies, including tires, it doesn't matter how old your bike is. However the only tire offering contingency at the moment is Bridgestone I believe.
