Now that charges were dropped (innocent), AND arrest record wiped clean (Which is AMAZING/unorthodox).......now he sues PD for damages?

I personally found his 'I'm an innocent LGBT mortar' speech, absolutely sociopathically amazing/dumbfounding.

I knew he was getting loose, cause all evidence was collected at Brothers....no way they could make it stick.

Not innocent, State's atty said "she was dropping the case because Jussie would have only gotten community service if convicted and she said he has already performed community service so there is no point in prosecuting him." This confirms his guilt but btw, they can't find previously performed community service. Ooops, did they lie to the judge?
