They? You mean why did I call the race? Because no matter what we couldn't get restarted in the 30 minute window the rules require after examining everything to be sure there was no oil. We did pay for a literal ton of oil dry because the track was paranoid about the new pavement, however either drying or more rain would have removed the rainbow which wasn't slippery or online.

 

That explains a bunch.
