Most ultra wealthy kids I know/knew growing up were pretty messed up.

People are people. It will all work out. I have grandkids older than the track team I coach but, strangely enough, I like modern teenagers.

 

People are people then why should it be, that you and I get along so awfully.

I can't stand that shit. I absolutely refuse to talk to anyone who is looking at their phone. If i am talking, and they look at their phone, i just stop. Then they will be like "Its ok, go ahead...im listening". To which my response is "No. You are not. You hear me, but you aren't listening".

The human brain is physically incapable of concentrating on two things at once. Motor controls are different; which is why you can walk and chew gum, or walk and talk. But it is impossible to concentrate on two things at once. The brain can switch tasks instantaneously, which makes people THINK they are "mentally multitasking", but they are not.

When they try to argue, i will be like "Ok, read this page, while counting to 100 at the same time".

It is impossible. Either numbers will be skipped, or your eyes will skim the words (which goes back to motor controls), but you won't actually comprehend and remember what you read.

So yeah, if someone looks at their phone, im done. I will continue talking when they put the fucking phone down.

My cousin,year older just retired comfy from union job as a welder.
My dad was uaw and loved the union.He could go to work drunk as hell,as was half his GM brethren, and the Union always protected them.
I guess what I'm saying..is I wish I could have got paid to work drunk daily while building fine American automobile's

His boss had to drive him home one day, because he was too drunk to drive home.
Then someone else had to drive from Doraville to pick up my dad's boss because he was too drunk to drive back to the plant.
