I honestly thought people would have let that shit go when Nicky eventually STILL won the title at the close of 2006. If that screw up had cost him the title (like Vale when he punted Marquez at Sepang cost him his own title chance) then maybe I could see the continued hostility towards Pedrosa because he would have cost Nicky his one and only MotoGP title....but it didn't. Nicky managed to rebound and take the title in Valencia....i.e. "all's well that end's well" and all that.
