This is not the first abortion provider with strange behavior. Its likely not common but still, very, very weird.
Not sure why he needs the abortion provider title there. Works just as well saying it's not the first doctor or first person to live in/near Gary or hell even the first human being to exhibit strange behavior.
Point is, he uses his position as a provider to access his perversion. It would be difficult for you or I to collect dead bodies/clumps of tissue. That makes me pose the question to myself, did he choose the career to access his sickness or did the career awaken something sick in him? Chicken/Egg?
