I love cali and all for the exit. I'm stationed in the NC and its by far the worst place I've ever been stationed within the continental US. I can't wait to get the hell out of the the south. To many nut cases out here. I can't wait to get back to the west coast

Pretty amazing mountain views when the Santa Ana winds blow the crap up the coast to Santa Barbara. I imagine that's how it looked in the 20's. From what I understand, the topography has something to do with how pollution responds in the LA basin but, you're right, at the end of the day modern society causes the pollution.
