I took a deposit on my '06 ZX10 racebike almost a year ago... it's still here waiting for him to pay the remaining amount. if I were to sell it to someone else, I would A: sell for as much as I can and have him make up the difference from the original sale price (if original was higher) and B: send him the remaining deposit... no brainer.
