I tested out my new brake system for a couple of days at Road America this week and I thought I was getting massive fade. Turns out that the span adjuster on my brand new Corsa Corta master was backing itself out while I was riding. Anyone else experience this? It clicks positively when adjusting so it’s hard to imagine how this is happening. I eventually wired it in place then all was well, but looking for a better solution.

You said it's new right? I'd return it for a replacement. Shouldn't have to wire a new item in place to make it work.

I don't have a brembo setup, but as much as I've heard them discussed by people who do, yours is the first I've ever heard of the adjuster backing itself out.

Clicker should have spring and ball, adjust preload on that spring.

Here’s what the adjuster looks like. Not sure how to add tension to the little metal piece. It isn’t doing much of anything at the moment.

looks like that washer is bent or not sitting right. Take it off and see.
