Got a buddy who lives in Brazil. We don't talk politics but he did state that he is getting a fire arm. He had to take classes, background check, buy a safe, and he is now waiting for a social worker to visit his house to make sure he owns the safe. All this before he can legally take possession of the fire arm. I believe he said the process has taken over a month?
