In one of the later e-mails I sent, I asked for a refund, and the next day it shipped out......

Might be a silly question..did you ever think of simply picking up the phone and calling Rick in person. I am new to the 2 stroke game and Rick has been a tremendous help to me so far. I called him a couple of times and he never fails to stay on the line with me until I fully understand the issue.
Just another thought, we're in the information age, but sometimes its still easier to just pick up the phone and give someone a call.
Good luck with your track day club.

    I am sorry XXXX

    Shane,

I am sorry your father ever met your mother. I am sorry you want to have me loose business because your an insecure idiot. I am sorry that you have caused me pain in slandering my business that I am very proud of and spent 20 years building. And most of all, I'm sure my customers will appreciate you wasting my time in having to stomach your bull. get over it. Why don't you and everyone else who's had to read your nonsence look at his prior posts and see who's really got the customer service, seems like ole Shane Liles dossn't always practice what he preaches! And for everone else, hope we can service your needs someday, hope Shane hasn't scared you away. We are Yamaha specialists, from The early days to present. Thanks to everyone else for their support.

    Sincerely,

    Rick Merhar

What does posting my name and address accomplish?

Further proof that when you lose the battle of righteousness, you default to stupidity. Way to show your ass Rick.

As for my "customer service".....you would have to check with my cutomers. I've bought and sold many bikes on here, through the Prince's on USGPRU, and my realworld trackday customers.

The moment you took my money, I was your customer. You shit on that, and now you are trying to pretend like I'm the one in the wrong because I have told the story publically. If I wanted to make you look bad, I would post your e-mails, and all of the other messages I have received from other former customers of yours. I'm not, I'm here to relay my experience with you, and that is it. Live what what you created.

I called twice. Both times I advised the female on the other end of the phone who I was, and asked to speak to Rick. Both times I was placed on hold, and the female came back to advise me that the tool would ship out "the next day" which unfortunately didn't happen at that time.

So you can receive mail from your fans! Anybody find any interesting great customer service posts from Shane? I have never had a mental case on my back before but I do hope we meet someday, you are out of control! Crazy women are great in bed but crazy guys (drug test may be in order next race guys, pee time, lets see if he's playing straight!) simply worthless. Get a life and lay off if you know whats good for you.

Just friendly Rick trying to deal with this insanity!

If I know whats good for me? Do explain.

It's amazing of everyhting you say, none of it seems to justify your actions in our transaction. I was never malicious, but I did relay the truth to others. I'm sorry you don't agree with that.

As a former 2 smoker I thought I should add my two cents.

I met Rick Merhar back in 1990 or 91, when I was an novice racing an RZ. Rick was a great competitor and a great source of knowledge on all things two stroke. And unfortunately he was also faster than me. :) I continued to work with Rick when I moved up to TZs.

In 95 I crossed over to the dark side and started racing diesels with Army so I haven't see Rick often since then, but I still have my AccuMix jug in my garage, albeit a bit dusty. And I still consider him a friend.

Dragginass, while you may have a valid beef with Rick, IMHO your desicion to take this beyond ebay to and to trash Rick in multiple public forums just plain stinks.

    A little bit of truth.

Heres a few truths in Shanes own ealier post, no malice here just truth...( I dont know how to snip them and carry them all over, but if your bored, view all his postings like Rick mentioned....makes interesting reading)

He blew a guy off over a "safety" origination (customer concerened for his safety on a turn) at the track he runs a track day school at.....In short he told the guy....." it wont hurt our feelings if you never come back" ( great customer service here and this is the guys LIFE that he was dealing with )

He basically told an unhappy AGV customer ( Shane used to work for AGV ) that he is sorry his leathers were delayed, but MOTOGP and WSBK guys took priority and they would get his order out as soon as possible.. ( Kinda sounds like a similar situation to the custom tool he ordered from Rick....)

There are a few other interesting points you all can look at since were all so bored with no racing going on yet...

    Peace
    GOD

Sorry but that just never happened. NPR does have issues with the wall, and I can't fix that. It's a personal decision whether or not you want to ride there, same as Daytona. MORE IMPORTANTLY At the time of that post, I had nothing to do with events there, I was merely a participant. I've only been running the trackdays there for about 2 years. Notice the date of the post was over 3 years ago. You get a D- for investigations.

Read the post here: Nice try at slanting things, but I'm not biting.

    http://forums.13x.com/showthread.php?t=42988&highlight=wall

And one MORE point: My Co. is funding $5k of the necessary $10k to cover the wall with Airfence, the other half is donations from my customers. No help from track owner, no help from RRW Action fund...ME buddy!

I was an intern for AGVsport for a summer. I was telling what I was told to, and further, at least I bothered to give the guy an update, unlike Rick. For the MILLIONTH time, I didn't have a problem with Rick's delay. His lack of communication was the problem.

Despite your intensive digging and time wasting, you have nothing. Try again.

Rick's customer service blows, and EVEN IF the crap you spewed WAS true......it still doesn't change the fact that Rick's service to me sucked, and what I have told is the 100% truth. Get over it. Besides, with Rick's temper and lack of professionalism (as you've seen), he can dig his own grave with little help from me.

When will Rick, Frank, or anyone come up with a reasonable countergument to these simple facts:

Following my payment to Rick, Rick kept my money for weeks without one single attempt at contacting me, and my attempts to contact him went unanswered until weeks after I even posted at USGPRU. When I was able to contact him, several promises were not met. Rick sold me an item on ebay, and took my funds without having the merchandise. These are the facts, and they are not disputable.

It is what it is, and I'm simply relaying my experiences as this was my FIRST and LAST purchase from Rick. I was advising others of my experience. There is no need for argument, because again, this is not disputable. If you think I should have kept my mouth shut to keep peace....well I disagree, and we can argue that somewhere else.

I hate to say it. I think everyone has heard enough. To put this much effort on your first time dealing with ANYONE!!!!!!!!! It went bad. If this was your fifth time with Rick on some parts or tools I would say you would have a good complaint. It's time to move on.

Then stop arguing with facts. What happened happened, admit it and move on. All the BS about me not saying this or that is just that....BS.

Rick shit on me, and people don't want me saying it, thats the bottom line.

Sorry, but Ya'll are the ones that are seeming to have coping issues.

Then in the midst of that we have Detective Frank who can't get his years and facts straight when trying to dig dirt on me.

Alright. Thank you. Let's move on. Please.

He cant move on guys, cause in his mind hes "stuck" in some long lost battle he lost somewhere else with someone else....he doesnt even see whats really going on around him and he probably never will, so any more time dealing with him is just like he said.....a waste of time....hes right, were all wrong..end of story.

Im going back to meditate some more ( and work on my detecive skills, I think I saw an internet course somewhere,,,,,,,,)

    Peace
