We've received good feedback so far on the RPS-10 and now the RPHA-10. I had a few customers "test" them out over the last year with good results. It's not quite an Arai (still my favorite), but they are definitely getting closer. They are not quite Arai money either, so if the Corsair V isn't in your budget it's definitely a helmet to consider.
was that for sale? i didn't think you could buy RedBull branded stuff? edit: i see now it's two different helmets.
Me and my buddy-dog prefer the ARAI Wes Cooley replica. He was my favorite old-school racers. Broome is thinking, "Who the hell is Wes Cooley"? Dave K is hating me right now.
or this one: whos was it that had the cartoon eyes in front? sorta like the moon racing logo.. I thought it was Haga's but cant find a photo.
There was a few japanese riders who ran the moon eyes but I think you're thinking of Nakano. They call them "banjo eyes" and the riders sporting them came up through Tadao Special Parts team. It's like the roberts riders sportin' the eagle on the side of their helmet. That's the short version of the banjo eyes story.
I always loved Chris walkers sig. Lid. Duhamel always had good ones as well. Nicky's wired was another........but those are all old helmets. Hayes' Jolly Roger was the best in recent memory. Ps Josh if you read this why was that one retired? Always wondered that. And the Tommie gun was cool too.
