2001 600 Superstock Champion Mark Junge Brian Stokes Chris Ulrich Scott Harwell Joe Temparato Scott Brown Mike Mashewske Opie Caylor Other As I have already noted I would make 1999 Champion Junge the early favorite.
Is CU definitely competing in the 600 Supersport series? I know that he has been riding them more, and doing some endurance stuff, but is he bagging the 250's altogether, racing both, none of the above? JU?
I vote for Opie as my dark horse favorite. Not only is he an awesome racer but also a super cool guy. Op-Dog in '01
LMAO. Everytime we talk to him about his new bikes and stuff I can just tell that he is really going to go for it this year. Plus, it doesn't hurt to suck up to a good parts guy!! j/k
I hope you realize that he'll have to get new helmets after reading that!!! The only reason I crack on Stokes is because we started racing together. And we worked together for a little while at T/R. He's a good kid with alot of raw talent that needs a little fine tuning every now and then. And if you get the chance ask him about the one and only street ride we went on together.
