So Beeb what's the best way to wash funky ball caps without destroying them. What is good to soak them in that won't make them fall apart shortly thereafter.

I'd say ask Broome, but you know he buys them, puts aftermarket parts on them, wears them once, and then throws them away. Dude's a ball cap-wearin' muhfuggah.
Wash them? I wear them until they have a good and worn dirty handprint worn into the brim, then a few more years. You leave the tags on em too?
They make little clamshell gismos for around $10 to put your hat in. Use it and throw it into your dishwasher...it works. Air dry.
2nd this.. very gentile hand wash but if stained use stain shit. also i'm a big fan the pat/rub towel dry(lol curb you enthusiasm) then wear it and use ur hot headedness to final dry lol. literally head heat so it forms correctly.

Buy? I haven't bought a ballcap in 20 years. I get a few new ones a year from my ball teams, kids ball, golf tourneys etc. I'm all out of wearable tire, and motorcycle companies though. Might have to start racing again to get some free hats.
Submerse said hat in water with Dawn detergent. Work it through the hat by squeezing by hand and brush scrub (if needed) the brim and shit. Rinse and repeat if necessary. Get the excess water out and dry it outside. Ahhh!!
