What works best? Tinfoil on the cookie sheet and bacon between parchment paper folded in half? Skip the tinfoil? Heck ive got some shit thats tinfoil on one side and parchment paper on the other. Im not sure if i can line the cookie sheet with that though

I like all bacon, some just more than others. I like it best when there is a whole pile of it. To put a variation on it, have any of you ever had deep fried pork belly? A Filipina friend of mine made it for her birthday and it was awesome. I don't think baked pig fat deep fried in oil is healthy, but I ate a bunch of it.
I like my pig sunny side up..a little runny in the middle with fatback on the side,and pickled feet in a jar for dessert. I like to involve all the pig when Im eating bacon.
Hell no to the pigs feet!!!! I worked with an guy from Bolivia years ago, and he would eat that like a little kid..........i.e. he would have the grease and chunks all over his lips, cheeks, face while eating it. Same thing, every damn day at break time
