    Could be. They used to just run around their local hoods from what I've seen and are now going onto the interstates and into downtown. That won't last long.

    They're in the process of getting there POA together. Hopefully it does involve spike strips, along with rubber bullets/bean bags...

    The local FOP is freaking out on trying to figure it out.

    I think that might be a sport people would voluntarily participate in. I'd be down but can't shoot or ride well enough to make a career out of it.
