My suggestion got Shannon Faulkner into The Citadel and defends strippers. One may disagree with the politics, but she's a bulldog and a winner.
Good luck, Speedmob Inc is no longer an on going concern. If you check on the Sec of State website you will see they are suspended. Small business that lost money. Only person that will make any money out of this would be an attorney. No need to have an attorney in both states. You would have to go after the owner/s. Get a default judgment and then try to collect. All the time racking up attorney bills. At least 10K minium is what most half decent attorneys will charge you to get that far, could be a lot more. Then collecting the judgment is whole another level, & more money. If it's not a ongoing in profit business. Pretty pointless in sueing them, unless you like donating to sketchy used car salesmen (I mean attorneys) feel free to PM me if you have any questions. Its my daily business. Sorry to be a debbie downer. Unless the owner/s are somehow super cash equity rich, then that leads to other problems. IE: they can afford a better attorney then you maybe?
The Vegas attorney and Cali attorney are for two separate issues. I am setting up a new corporation in Vegas and suing Tim and Ginger as a shareholder
The best thing to do when you are planning any sort of legal action is to post the details of the suit on a public forum.
