anyone eaten there lately? Worth the time to give it a try? Side effects? Keep seeing their commercials and I’m intrigued.
I like the market fresh turkey and Swiss sandwich. But haven’t had it in a few years..........last time I had it a chunk of weave was in the middle after I had already eaten half of it
I'm going to let you in on a little known secret about fast food commercials. The food is never as good as it looks on commercials. I know you didn't see that coming, but there it is.
Their market fresh sandwiches are one of the few fast food things that actually look like the stuff on commercials, pretty tasty. Curly fries are tasty, haven’t worked up the nerve to try the roast beef stuff in years.
I will gladly eat their classic roast beef till the day I die. Love the Arby’s sauce and 3 pepper sauce.
No thanks! Their beef is a compressed loaf of meat products, frozen in huge blocks inside plastic totes, shipped in from all around the world. Essentially, the totes go in one side of the building and the loaves come out the other side. The plant processes beef, pork, and chicken in the same building. I used to be in there every week, but, it’s been years.
FK! I stopped eating beef pork etc..25 years ago...But Man O Man a Arby's Beef n Cheddar slathered with their Arby's sauce.... Fast food don't get any better...lol Whatever roast beef you get....ARBYS SAUCE. My GF has had the fresh sandwiches...there not bad.... He'll put Arby's sauce on curly fries, sandwiches, beef, turkey whatever....
I get the chicken bacon and Swiss sandwich with curly fries. Minus the sauce because I prefer their horsey sauce on the sandwich and on the fries. If really hungry, will get a couple of Buffalo chicken sliders without the ranch sauce. They’re basically a chicken finger slathered in Frank’s red hot sauce on a bun. Pretty tasty and never any issues.
Re-read the urban legend/claim posted by Snopes. It’s not what I posted. Trust me. I was in that plant, every single week, for a year. This is what a freezer tote looks like. When the lid is popped off, there’s a solid block of product inside.
It was okay. Not close to the hype and I could have made better but it was okay enough. Got a beef and cheese and there’s some weird sauce on it that took away but a tiny bit of the cartman sauce made it better. Curly fries were good. Won’t rush to get it again any time soon but it was not bad. Something different.
