I feel stupid for even asking but I'm all out of ideas. I just got this bike and I'm stumped.

Fork brace?

Camera mount?

Bumper mount?

Machine gun mount?

That's what I came up with too.

 

Ok that might make sense. Never seen that but I guess anything is possible.

I thought maybe turn signal brackets? But this thing isn't even close to street legal

They are where to attach the bracket to cover the N2 sticker

I'd say they were used for tie down hooks on that bike.

Those are roll cage mounts for light bars, lighted whips, and other accessories for a SxS or anything with a roll cage.

There are rubber inserts of varying sizes to fit different diameter tubes. You can see one of the rubber inserts in the lower left clamp in the pic that was posted.
