    42 I believe.

It also has Han Solos signature printed on the back :D Sadly a chunk of what I paid went to some weirdo eco group but oh well, you have to suffer for style.

    The Armida A-1 Brass.
    Green dial, no date.
Solid case and at 42mm, not too big.
The domed crystal is a nice touch.
They had a sale recently it's quite nice for a good price.
    Seiko NH-35 movement.

Got this yesterday from my local AD. 1985 Oysterquartz President. I love it! My wife wore it all night. I doubt I’m getting it back. The burlwood dial is a little uncommon.

I’ve been thinking about an Oysterquartz for a couple of years now. It feels like a solid collector’s choice. There is a lot of upside potential I think. Heck, this watch is worth over half what I paid for it in just the weight of the gold.

Steve, that is pretty cool. The dial is a bit funky and I could see loving it one day and hating it the next but it'd always be interesting.

Ballpark, what do Oysterquartzs go for? That a Rolex I've never spent a lot of time researching but I should be.

We’re all friends here, right? I paid $8100 for this one. After about an hour of negotiation :D. That was a good deal although this isn’t a perfect watch. It doesn’t have the box (eBay $300) or papers (not obtainable). It looks to my untrained eye to have been polished. On the plus side, it was serviced last week. Does that mean just changing the battery? Haha

You can get a really nice Oysterquartz Datejust for $3k or maybe even less.

I’ve never seen a gold oysterquartz. That’s pretty cool!

For reference, a current year gold president lists for over $30k.

Well, shit... That didn't take long... I've already found another I really like (and I LOVE the Seamaster so far...)

    Christopher Ward C60 Trident GMT 600 Mk3

The red dial and hybrid strap just look cool to me.

This brand also has a line of motorsport (and, specifically, Morgan) watches that are cool too. But, I still can't find a dress watch that grabs me.

Edit: and damnit, of course I found a coupon code for $125 off $625 or more...

I preferred them when the CW logo was at the twelve o'clock. They are great watches! [IMG]

added another Invicta Venom to the collection. I don't wear gold watches often, but felt like having one for the random times I'm in the mood.

If that doesn’t have @Dave K written all over it I don’t know what does.

I've had some spectacular watches on my wrist recently.
Not mine, other people's watches. Sigh.

    And a few more
Old and new pepsi c color combo. I think they are both gorgeous.

Always thought the aquanaut was hideous. Very very charming in person. That watch doesn't photograph well at all.

    @Supergirl
Where were you that you got to try these on?

The Breitling with the sub dial is pretty neat, and the Snoopy Omega is cool.
That blue dialed Rolex GMT is oddly attractive.
