I built this over winter thinking I might have room for a profit,but material cost ran up to $2500. I want $3500. or trade for something. the swing is really nice,has ball bearings on glider,cedar roof, heavy duty build. I also made it possible to convert one side for wheel chair use. around 10'x7' base size.thanks
Odd looking bike. LOL.. Might mention the what type of wood etc. I know even pine isn't cheap but for $2500 it better not be pine. Also your location, doesn't look like one would want to pay shipping. Bet it weighs a bit. So local pickup would be good, and that leads into last question, how big is it. Knowing what size truck or trailer to bring would be nice. Lastly, try to do a one BS thread comment etc, vs selling something. Just sayin.
thanks for advise. ive tried a lot of build from scratch projects and I always loose my ass on material cost involved. that's okay if your not trying to work for profit. im tired of working for free. no more projects for me.material cost are over priced. aluminum is outrageous priced. the glider swing has 10'x7' base size. all ball bearings,cedar 4 sided roof,treated lumber,heavy duty. ohio 45891 location. I estimate around 600lbs. weight.
