A friend, yes I have a few, is looking to raise money for Alzheimer's. Although it may not directly affect many of us today, it very well could in the near future. I know that it is much easier to donate for causes that hit closer to home, like the air fence fund and fallen riders funds, but if you can spare a buck or two, it may be the dollar that funds the cure.
