I'm retired so the boots have to go. I brought these over the 2020 winter new and used them for one day, but I did go down in the grass with them so they do have some minor cosmetic blemishes. The boots are still in excellent condition and still needs breaking in. I wear a 10.5 in tennis shoes and they fit perfect even though the boots says 9.5 US, so they must run large. $350 shipped in the lower 48 or $325 for local pickup in Chesapeake, VA or delivery to a EvolveGT track day. I agree with your sizing assessment....I wear 10.5 shoe and work boot. I bought a pair of Supertechs size 45, hoping that I could make them work, but they were too big.....44/9.5 in these boots fit perfect.

A 44EU is usually a 10-10.5 US equivalent. Weird that they mark them as a 9.5.
