Alpinestars ATEM V3 Leather Suit

MotoGP designed and tested, the Alpinestars Atem V3 Suit is a premium race suit designed for track and street riding.



Constructed from 1.3mm full-grain leather, the Atem V3 is extremely abrasion resistant. Perforation throughout the suit allows for excellent ventilation.

The Atem V3 incorporates Hyper-Res Stretch Fiber (HRSF) panels on the underarms, crotch, and back for flexibility and comfort. This suit is equipped with leather accordion stretch panels for better mobility and performance.



This suit incorporates Alpinestars' new and exclusive shoulder GP Dynamic Fiction Shield (GP DFS) sliders, DFS knee sliders, and replaceable, anatomically contoured elbow sliders. GP-R elbow, shoulder, tibia, shin, and knee protectors are built into this suit. Removable CE Nucleon hip protectors are also included. The inside chest pockets come equipped with PE padding. If you're looking for more protection, the Nucleon KR-R Back Protector and Nucleon KR-Ci Chest Protectors are compatible and sold separately.



The Atem V3 has a MotoGP-profiled, aerodynamic back hump that is perforated for increased airflow.

Zippered expansion gussets on the back of the calves provide additional flexibility.



Neoprene on the neck and cuffs prevents chaffing. Inside of this suit is a removable, multi-panel liner with mesh inserts.

Received mine on Wednesday and tried it on last night. I like how the suit has evolved in construction and features.

The fit is A bit tighter than I expected but certainly more room in the chest and shoulders. Any advice on stretching or breaking it in?

 

The more you wear it the more it will stretch (think new baseball glove). Wear it on the couch watching TV, walk around the house and yard in it, and we've even had customers sleep in their suit.

 

My last suit took 6 or 7 rides and it was to the point where I would prefer to wear it over my old one. I went back and forth between them for a while.
