During my years in Highland games/strongman/pl meets, I was drinking a gallon a day minimum of good ol whole milk.......y’all some damned babies

 

I'm trying to comprehend this with a rum and ginger and a cheeseburger. You live once, enjoy

 

How's your head ?

 

I used to weigh 280. I weigh 165. I enjoy way more now lol

 

It's all realitive, when I raced starved myself to make 150 # on a 600, not saying it's good to be unhealthy. But to each their own. As a chef I just see a lot of people stressed with a made up diet

 

If it has a shelf life of one year ... it’s not Milk.. it’s white paint ..

A long time ago on CNN, I believe it was Carol Costello was interviewing somebody promoting Silk. (soy milk) He was trying to describe how it was made and when he hesitated a little, Carol cut in with, "So it's actually soy jizz."
