Acceptable power consumption for RRR (and other track) 115v outlets?

I'm thinking about bringing my small 5000 btu AC unit down to Roebling.
It is a 115v unit and the sticker states 4.9 amps, not sure what the instant power draw is.

Before I go experiment and piss off others that are on the same circuit... what's the acceptable power draw they want using the typical 115v outlets tracks offer in the pits?
would I be pushing my luck at RRR and other tracks, or would this be okay? I'd only be using this and a small fan and laptop charger.

I'd assume 5 amp (maybe 8 or 10 amp instant?) would be okay but I'm not sure how many outlets gets shared. Surely a set of tire warmers must be in the 5-10A range but figured I'd ask anyways.

    115v at 4.9amps is only 564 watts.

Most home circuits are rated at 15-20 amps which is around 1700-2300 watts at 115V.

The power at Roebling is sketchy at best, breakers trip all the time.
