I'm a fuck'em kind of guy. If you are in there for murder and got a life sentence then fuck you die in a hole. I don't think you should give them shit. Put the angry grundles to them, inject them...burn them I don't give a rat's ass. Just don't feed and house them for 40+ years at the tax payers expense.
Apparently, a civil suit might be more difficult now because the unfinished appeal process means that he's not guilty of the first conviction.
