2020 NFL season

If Cam is healed up, I think the Pats will give the Chiefs a good run for their money. And they will definitely beat the jets twice

 

Why is that ?

They only play twice.

 

And I thought he said that because the Jets suck.

 

That was my understanding of what he meant. And they can only lose twice if they play twice.

 

Cam wishes he could be what Mahomes and Jackson are. Even at his peak Cam wasn’t close to these two young men. Their mental toughness is way past his.

LaMar just needs to get over the playoff jinx.

I wish him luck in NE though. I think the change will be good for him.

My buddy, who's a Jets fan, was like his parents never had a Super Bowl Party. I was like same here, except when we played in the Super Bowl, so we had 5 of them.

I still have no idea why I pay any attention to the Jets. My father used to take my brothers and I to the games in the 80's and early 90's and I just sort reminisce about those days when I'm watching the Jet games. I played all through high school and a bit into college, I used to love the game but I really don't pay enough attention to the NFL anymore.

 

I wonder how else people fall into one particular New York team fan base other than "it was my dad's team." Is it based on borough location? Posh vs. working-class? Something else?

 

I grew up in the Hackensack and Teaneck sections of NJ. We definitely watched both the Giants and Jets but he had season tickets for the green team.

 

Oh, right, I didn't even think of New Jersey even though that's where the teams play.
