Pretty much, Mayfield's off field issues are a good mirror to him. Grabbing your crotch on national tv and having the gm say that there's nothing wrong with it and it just shows that he's a fiery competitor tells you all you need to know about that gm. With the schedule they have, they'll be lucky to win 2 games this year so they'll have another chance to screw up a top draft pick next year too. Ward was a massive reach in the #4 spot as well.
