2017 Schedule updates

    Separate championships. Sportsman regional is points and the GNF doesn't award points in that. GNF is Sportsman National.

    For number one plates - you can run them in any class you won a championship in, regional or national. You cannot run them in classes you didn't win, that honor belongs to the winner of that class. If both regional and national numbers ones show then both can run them. Novice Champs can run a red number one on white background in the proper class(es) as an Expert.

    Hate scheduling against CCS at Summit but nothing we could do about it if we want to run at NJMP.

    I don't have contingency listed either or a lot of things, this is just to get the dates out there as best I can at this point. Once Evelyne and Bill figure out the HMGP end of things and give me the info I'll post it up.
