I am putting together a 2016 675R endurance bike and need some information on the Kit ECU/Harness. I picked up a new Kit wiring harness for $250 that will eliminate ABS, imbolizer, and all that other crap but I can not find a Kit ECU to go with the harness. Triumph discontinued the part. Does anyone have a resource where I can get one? Also has anyone hear of UK Race Support? https://www.ukracesupport.com/products/triumph-daytona-675-r-2013-16-ecu-flash They are out of the UK and claim to have the ability to flash OEM ECU to Kit ECU spec. I just don't know if the flashed ECU will work with the Kit harness.
Contact T3 racing in the UK. They are a ton of help and just hooked me up with a 1st gen race ecu just a couple of weeks ago. I am sure they have the new gen in stock or can at least lead you to another resource. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk
The factory race ECU software is terrible (TRACS is the name). I installed the race harness and just re-pinned it to work with the stock ECU that I've been flashing.
Who are you using to flash the 2013+ ECU's? What parameters are they changing on the flash? I though there was no way to tune the fuel maps on the OEM/Race ECU's? How many pins did you have to move around on the kit harness?
It says they have it in stock but big $$$. There is also 2 options one 15,000 RPM and 15,400 RPM https://www.t3-racing.co.uk/collections/electronics/products/kit-ecu-2013-model-only How long did it take for them to get back to you? The other UK company that says they can flash the ECU has not got back to me yet.
I think for 2013+ stuff ECUnleashed is the only place that flashes the factory ECU. Otherwise I've had good success with PCV and RapidBike EVO piggybacks.
