I have a mint frame FS. No title, but it's very possible you can get it from Honda America if you need it. I defaulted on my loan many years ago and ended up settling the loan with Honda. I had parted out most of the bike and didn't really care about the title at that point. This frame is in perfect condition. The bike was never dropped/crashed at any point.
