2007 Honda CBR600RR, Ultra Low Mileage, Clean Title, Track Bike with tons of rear parts

This is great ultra low mileage (4000KM yes, 4000 KM only) with clean Ontario title (3 owners) in hand. No street parts available but can be converted back if desired.

Oil changed every 2-3 track days with Motul 300v 10w40 & Honda Genuine or K&N oil filter. Suspension is fresh and serviced from Accelerated technologies - 1.0 springs in the front 0.95 as spare in the box, 1.0 in the rear. I’ve been 165-200lbs and the suspension has worked well for me running in intermediate group to expert. Never raced and only been to track days. All parts below are bare bone costs, they obviously don't include labor, time or sourcing them if you could find some of them.
