Selling this for the widow of a good friend of mine who died this year. He had bought the bike a couple years ago before he found out he had brain cancer so he only rode it once and had started buying a bunch of parts for it but had never completed it. I had the bodywork painted, put a new battery in it, and went through it to make sure it ran ok and everything was safe. Here's the spec's:

    2006 R1 with clean title
    Ohlins triple rear shock
Race Tech valved and sprung forks (feels pretty stiff and he was a big guy so guessing 1.1's in there)
    New Arrow slip ons
    New graves rearsets
    Brembo master cylinder
    Motion Pro revolver throttle
Bazzaz fuel controler with traction control and quickshifter
    New hotbodies with new paint
    New battery
    new hotbodies windscreen
    Ohlins damper
    Woodcraft clip ons
    New motoholders fairing stay
    Woodcraft right cover
    Graves left cover

    Spares:

Front and rear wheel-front does not have rotors. Rear has extra cush drive
    Spare set of bodywork-somewhat rough
NEW hinson slipper clutch in the box
NEW Graves rearsets-complete other than the pegs
    PP tuning rear sets
    OEM rearsets
    OEM clip ons
    Front Pitbull
    rear LP stand
    Spare fairing stay
full bolt kit from salvaged bike (axles, all the hardware, etc)
Lots of other various parts and pieces-some street parts, fuel pump, gearing, velocity stacks, etc. There is also a scorpio alarm.
Rear master cylinder and caliper with line
Two sets of Chicken Hawk warmers-one digital, one single temp. Both sets work
NEW pirelli slick mounted on spare rear wheel
    Good set of used rains

Everything goes with the bike but would be willing to sell the warmers/stands/slipper etc. I reallly just don't want to pull parts off the bike and all the spares go with the bike.

I don't know a ton about the bike. I see what looks like some welding on the left side of the motor by the cover but nothing leaks so shouldn't be an issue. I know he did one track day on it and the bike worked fine and the bike had been checked out before he bought it by a frame guy and it's all straight. I went through it and rode it myself but not at speed but I don't see any issues at all with it. I don't believe the bike had been mapped but ran fine for me. He was pretty meticulous and always had 'pretty' bikes as you can tell by the list of new items but it is certainly not perfect. Look at the pics, I tried to get a shot of any damage I could find.

Bike is located in Kansas City and is currently at Cafe Racer.

    $5,000 for everything

I know you said you didn't want to part but the extra velocity stacks would you part ways with that?
