I originally bought this SV to use as a track bike, but I've only actually made it to one trackday since buying it, mostly due to having to fix things the previous owner did to it. As far as I am aware, it is now mechanically sound, but still cosmetically ugly since the previous owner spray painted the whole thing flat black, including getting some overspray onto the taillights, because brake lights that people behind you can see are overrated... Anyway, the list of upgrades/things I've fixed includes: Andreani fork cartridges with Race Tech 1.0 kg/mm springs Ohlins shock with 525 lb spring Galfer stainless front brake lines Brembo 19x18 master cylinder Vesrah RJL front brake pads Vortex keyless gas cap Delkevic 14" slipon exhaust Rearsets from a 2005 GSX-R600 (I think, PO installed) I replaced the rear axle and chain adjusters and wheel/carrier bearings when I found out PO had left out the sprocket carrier spacer Rear wheel from a 2008 GSX-R600 (spacers and rear brake carrier kit purchased from Zoran of TWF racing) with all new bearings 520 Chain and sprockets with less than 2,000 miles on them Sprockets currently mounted are 14f/48r Vesrah clutch with less than 2,000 miles on it Michelin Pilot Power 3 tires with less than 2,000 miles on them Included extras include: Extra set of Vesrah RJL front brake pads 500 lb spring for the shock Woodcraft keyless ignition harness Fairing stay OEM SV rear wheel and sprocket carrier with brand new bearings and an old Shinko tire 46-tooth Driven steel rear sprocket Extra taillight assembly (without spray paint all over it) White silicone coolant hoses Lower fairing (mounting brackets are still on the bike) K&N air filter Extra oil filter (unless I change the oil before it sells) There are likely more things I am forgetting, which I will try to update as I go through the garage looking for leftover parts. Anyway, as I said, it is mechanically sound. Everything works as far as I know. It is just ugly. It has been down definitely on the left side, as the rear passenger footpeg is slightly bent as is the fairing stay (which is why I have an extra stay included), but when I checked the wheel alignment with the string method it looked good to me, so I believe the swingarm/frame are both straight. Plus, it didn't feel weird when I did make it to that one trackday last year... I have the clean/clear title in hand, ready to sign over. I would love to get $10,000 for it, but realistically I want $2,500 for it. Hopefully the pics will show up: https://photos.app.goo.gl/QmRSWGJUrPFPDJ5l1 Ninja edit to add: Located in Little Rock, Arkansas area Willing to deliver within reason (call it ~500 miles)
Bump for some included pictures: 03 SV650S Brembo Master Cylinder: Ohlins Shock: Andreani Fork Caps: Vortex Keyless Gascap: Super Exclusive, Only Available on eBay Delkevic Exhaust (Also the GSX-R Rear Wheel and Rearsets): Full Fairing (From when I initially bought it, so lots of parts have been replaced since this picture was taken) Chango (Not Inlcuded): Like I said, it's pretty ugly, but it is mechanically sound, and some spiffy new race or street bodywork would make it look better. I would rather save the $500 and sell it as-is than replace the bodywork and try to sell it for more.
I just found out I am going to be in Indiana for the next month, so I won’t be able to bring the SV to the GNF after all.
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I was traveling all day yesterday and working all day today. Mileage shown is around 22,000-23,000. I know it's not completely accurate because the speedometer and odometer weren't working when I bought it, but I don't think it's too terribly far off. As for contact info, I'll send you a pm on a bit.
