2000 RS125 intro and questions

I always fanned the clutch on all downshifts, on the 2 strokes and the Moricaca , just habit I guess .... but never grabbed it and held it for 4 0r 5 downshifts and then let it out (ala Pegram).One down shift at a time and fanning it and always 2 fingers on the clutch ( no ear plugs !) ... you hear something funny or odd grab it(clutch) and get over ( its more then likely not good )
