typical pretzel logic from the feds. once got "caught" with a CBR400RR(MC29) and CBR250RR(MC22) at a local customs holding facility, which is ,excuse the pun- customary for importing from another country...anything really but yeah- i had to state that they were race bikes ,surrender the vins AND partially assemble them and send pics to some DOT hak in Washington to show that they did not have lights and turn signals, which would signify a "street bike"but in the end i left with the bikes... it got weirder ....
this TZR above here ... thats what I dreamed of when I was a kid (17) now 36 and all I ever rode was RD's . R5's . I did get to ride a honda NSR 250 SP on the street once. it was legal in NY .. I would have bought it , but Honda is the evil empire!. to me this is the perfect streetbike..
for me the "best" of the 250/400 bikes. owning one helps!but yeah. ride one if you get the chance....
SCHWIIIING!!!! Holy shit, that's 2 wheel Viagra right there!!!! Need details; what year, is that a factory paint scheme?? Coolest. Bike. EVER!!!
I am in the market for a KR-250/KR1 or a KR-350 here in the states. It will be doing what it was meant to be doing....raced. So, not looking for a museum piece. [email protected] Thanks! Joe
i have not seen the bike in person but it is a respray done in Japan.93 model i think.all the 3XV's are pretty much the same.SP being slightly higher spec from a standard R model with slightly better suspension and CDI/ carbs. this one i think is NOT an SP but i may be wrong.
