Nice. But why does he say he's in Lake Placid (NY), the bike is titled in VT and the sale has to occur in FL ?

 

Vermont title is the easiest way to "replace" a "lost" title or a gray market model. The Lake Placid vs Florida, I got nothing. But Vermont is the go-to process to get a title on a bike that isn't (or has never) been in a DMV system.

 

Lake Placid is central FL, north of Lake Okeechobee. Tampa is the closest major city to list, I suppose.
