14 R6 ECU work with a 09 R6

I need to confirm if an ECU from a 14 R6 will work on a 09. IIRC wasn't there a difference with the Vstacks/airbox that may not function properly?

It should work. A few details differed throughout the years that will result in slight power differences but nothing changed compatibility-wise.

 

it'll work. I have 08 velocity stacks in my 17. the stacks don't have to match the ECU
