06 r6 engine swap problem.

i recently destroyed my engine at putnam and bought a new one off ebay. everything went smooth on install but the neutral light wont come on.yes the bike is in neutral.the engine wont turn over.also there is a high pitched tone coming from what appears the fuel injection. please help.

 

Neutral switch hooked up? Clutch switch hooked up?

 

i believe the neutral switch is. theres no clutch switch

 

i dont know much about the newer r6's but there should be a clutch switch.

i would almost bet there is a clutch switch...

Make sure you plugged in the neutral indicator in the rear of the block and under the tank.

 

yep, found that one out the hard way on an engine swap i did as well.
